Ms Ponniah was really glad that we guys sang her a birthday song on the 29th September.
Hoped you guys had received her message via SMS. :>

Work hard guys. It's the last lap. Won't want to see anyone of us fall behind.

Hello. This blog has been dead for like months. I guess it's time to revive it.

Like again, we didn't do well ENOUGH for Common test 2.
So, let's work hard and strive for better results for the End Of Year examinations. That will then be our streaming.
Obviously the teachers would not want to see anyone of us go into a class that is not of our choice.
Please do not take all teachers' words for granted. You'll end up having regrets.

Class BBQ during June Holidays.

Hello earthlings.

All the results are out for our Mid Years, and Mrs Tang isn't happy.
This means, we have to put in more effort and score high next term.
Remember, we are 2E. We should be the best 37 pupils in the express stream.
So, work harder the next time round and succeed the next time round.

Since MYE is over, and the holidays are starting the week after next.
We will be having a BBQ during the holidays.

Venue: Pasir Ris Park, Pit unknown.
Date: Tuesday, 9th June 2009.
Time starting BBQ: 5.30pm
Payment: $5-$8 per head

Price is also not confirmed, as the more the number of heads going, the lesser each head has to pay.
Since the final attendance is not up yet, our pricing has a range. So, if the price increases, please pay that amount.
Confirmation of everything by next week, 29th May 2009.

Our targeted number of heads is 20 and above.
2E-ians, please try to make it for the BBQ, as we should create more time for bonding and other stuff.
This is our final year together, so make it memorable. :)

The examination period was really tough ey.
Hoped you guys have worked hard enough for the exams to get your desired grades. :)

Next week would be the giving out and going through of papers.
Excited?
Not only that. Since the examinations are over, the school prepared some Post Exam Activities for the Secondary 2 level, and we are involved.

- Pet Rocket.
- Taking of Class Photos.
- Romeo & Juliet Drama Course

Firstly, for Pet Rocket, you guys will need to bring 2 1.5 litres bottle.
Best if the bottle would be Coke bottle.
Please do not use those Green tea, Peach tea, whatever tea bottle okay. The drink contained in the bottle should be those frizzy drinks, eg: Coke, Sprite, 7up, Pepsi ...
Deadline for the items: Monday, 18 May 2009.

Followed by, the taking of class photos.
Please be in neat attire, and no fancy hairstyles~ HAHA.
Date: Monday, 18 May 2009.
Attire: School Uniform + School Tie.
Oh, please bring your tie~ Ms Ponniah specially called Vincent to ask him to inform us! :D

It has been awhile since this blog was being updated.
Current up dates :
MYEs.
For your info, MYEs is next week, starting on monday, 4th may.
Hoped you guys are prepared for it.
Before going into other details, I just want to say that,

SOME OF YOUR BOOKS ARE BEING TAKEN AWAY BY MS PONNIAH.
Ms Ponniah did a random spot check today after your Chinese Cinderella Class Test, this afternoon.
She took away any material being tested the Examinations. (excluding F&N, D&T, Music, etc.)
Books like Chinese Cinderella, Maths Textbook, Science Textbook, English files, and the list goes on.
And of course, some of them were taken away by Ms Guok, earlier last week.
Those whose books are with Ms Guok, please give a letter.
For those with Ms Ponniah, please look up for her, and collect back your books.
(it isn't that easy collecting back the books from Ms Ponniah!)
Please collect them before the week ends, as next week is the Exams.
If not, they will be donated to what other societies you can find and, tadah, gone case.
Both Ms Ponniah and Ms Guok will be conducting frequent spot checks this week.
(just to remind you :D)

Speechday + IPW Backdrop + Sports Day 2009

What happened during march, that 1 hectic month!
Well, big events, like?
Speechday, Sports Day 2009.
I bet you all were all worn out by the hectic schedule.
Events, after events. Not forgetting all the projects due for Speechday display hubs.
The IPW Hub was a big success! Thanks to all those who helped out with the painting of the BACKDROP!
We can say, that the BACKDROP was painted by 2E'09 & not forgetting our dearest, fellow friend, FAZIRAH (2C)! (Im not so sure bout the spelling)
You guys worked hard for 3 solid days! Staying back till 7pm everyday in school just to finish up the Backdrop.
This shows that you guys are really commited to this project. HEHE.
We should also thank Ms Guok for treating the 20 of us to pizza, and for her HANDWRITTEN keychain!
:D:D.

Speechday, you guys did well in presenting the hubs, marching in the parade, playing in the band, and helping out in ur CCA hubs.
Congratz to those who recieved awards on that day too!
Our CME project hub, all the plannings, weeks of preparation, beeds of perspiration.
It all didn't went to waste. Even though the GOH did not visit your hubs, you guys did great.

Sportsday, im happy to annouce that, 2E is the overall champion among sec2s!

yes, again.

nobody should ever fail lah okay.
since the TEACHERS keep saying that we are in the BEST EXPRESS CLASS,
we should do our best lor (whatever,the bragging.)
by the way, the line BEST EXPRESS CLASS havent finish the sentence yet.
best express class, must have good attitude towards our work, towards the teachers, handin work on time, yadah yadah..... the list goes on.
but sometimes we should'nt ignore them =\.
